Customers are responsible for ensuring that their dog is suitable for the selected service and safe to handle in public or home environments.
2. Vaccination and Health Requirements
Dogs participating in group walks, boarding, or other shared services must be healthy and up to date with routine vaccinations where applicable. Customers must not book services for dogs showing signs of contagious illness or unsafe behaviour.
LNC WALKS LTD reserves the right to refuse or stop a service if a dog’s health or behaviour creates safety or welfare concerns.
3. Home Visits and Property Access
For home visits or collection services, customers must ensure that:
- Access details are correct and functional
- The property is safe for entry
- Any alarms, pets, hazards, or special instructions are disclosed in advance
If safe access cannot be completed, the visit may be delayed, shortened, or cancelled.

- Care summaries or follow-up notes where applicable
6. Limitation of Responsibility

- Unsafe property conditions
- Undisclosed behavioural or medical concerns
- Circumstances outside our reasonable control
