1. Customer Responsibilities
Customers must provide accurate and complete information about their dog before booking any service. This includes:

- Behavioural concerns, including aggression, anxiety, or reactivity
- Vaccination status where applicable
- Feeding routines or medication instructions
- Correct address and access details for home visits or collection services
Customers are responsible for ensuring that their dog is suitable for the selected service and safe to handle in public or home environments.
2. Pet Risk Notice
All animal-related services carry some level of inherent risk, including unexpected behaviour, stress responses, injury, illness, escape attempts, or interaction with people, environments, or other animals.
While reasonable care and supervision are provided at all times, LNC WALKS LTD cannot guarantee that incidents will never occur during service delivery.
3. Behaviour Responsibility
The customer remains responsible for disclosing any known behavioural issues before booking, including aggression, biting, fear, reactivity, separation anxiety, or unsafe behaviour around people or other animals.
LNC WALKS LTD reserves the right to refuse, pause, or end a service if a dog is considered unsafe, unsuitable, or beyond the scope of the booked service.
4. Medical and Injury Disclaimer
Customers must ensure their dog is fit, healthy, and suitable for the selected service. LNC WALKS LTD is not responsible for pre-existing medical conditions, undisclosed health concerns, or complications arising from a dog’s existing condition.
In the event of illness, injury, or emergency during service delivery, reasonable efforts may be made to contact the owner or emergency contact. Veterinary treatment may be sought if considered necessary for the welfare of the dog, and related costs may remain the responsibility of the customer.
5. Third-Party Dog and Public Environment Risk
Some services, including group walks and outdoor exercise, may involve interaction with third-party dogs, people, traffic, or public spaces.
Although dogs are matched carefully and supervised appropriately, LNC WALKS LTD cannot fully guarantee the behaviour of third-party animals or the conditions of public environments. By booking these services, the customer acknowledges and accepts these normal risks.
6. Home Visits and Property Access
For home visits or collection services, customers must provide accurate address and access details and ensure the property is safe for service delivery. Any alarms, hazards, pets, or special instructions must be disclosed before the visit.
If safe access cannot be completed, the service may be delayed, shortened, or cancelled.
7. Service Verification
To help maintain transparency and delivery confirmation, services may include:
- Booking confirmations
- Check-in or visit records
- Walk completion logs
- Photo or message updates
- Care summaries or follow-up notes where applicable
8. Limitation of Responsibility

- Actions of third-party animals or individuals
